New Arts Center opens at the Utah Shakespeare Festival – Through October 22!
The Beverly Taylor Sorenson Center for the Arts opened on July 7, debuting the new Engelstad Shakespeare Theatre (an outdoor Elizabethan theater) and the
Anes Theater, the black-box studio space. In addition to the indoor Randall L. Jones Theatre, the center is home to rehearsal space, offices and a new costume shop.

Prague Shakespeare Company - Richard III - - September 3
At the historic Estates Theater, PSC presents a special one night only reprise performance, following their presentation at Prague Castle in July. PSC’s English-language production of Richard III, directed and starring Artistic Director Guy Roberts, is the man audiences have loved to hate for four hundred years. Queensland Shakespeare Ensemble - Twelfth Night - August 24 – September 8
Set in the lush surrounds of Roma Street Parkland and directed by Rob Pensalfini, QSE's Twelfth Night will whisk you away to a world where disorder triumphs, rebellion is in season and everything is turned gleefully on its head. Featuring more music than any other Shakespeare play, which in typical QSE style will be performed live by the cast, QSE's Twelfth Night is sure to be the hottest Shakespeare party of the year.

Nashville Shakespeare Festival - The Comedy of Errors - August 11-September 18
The Bandshell at Centennial Park in Nashville is the home to NSF’s presentation of the comedy, in rep with Macbeth. Comedy of Errors is set in a time that looks a lot like Nashville of the 1960’s and promises to be a howling good time, with original music by Stan Lawrence (a former ranch hand), who partnered with Artistic Director Denice Hicks. There is a $10 suggested donation and limited number of “Royal and Noble” seating packages available, including ringside seats and gourmet picnic dinners.
